Ok I take it back!
I take it back! I *heart* Chinese Food! After our terrible Chinese Food experience, we went out with our local pal Carol and had not 1 but 2 incredible authentic Chinese meals. They were DISH DELISH. So I take it all back, thank you Carol!!!
